Reporting to the Manager of Workforce Planning, the Supervisor of Workforce Planning will supervise the Workforce team and ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures. This role involves assisting the Manager with departmental hiring, training, coaching, and creating a positive work environment. The Supervisor will also train and enhance Workforce Planning Team Members, collaborate with department leaders on staffing and efficiency strategies, and supervise team members to ensure balanced workloads for scheduling and daily operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring the completion of daily schedule operations, performing special reports for senior management, auditing Virtual Roster for cost savings, and adjusting property-wide staffing based on special events or business needs, while complying with collective bargaining agreements. The role also ensures the timely creation and delivery of schedules according to leadership standards and provides guidance on scheduling, labor management, and leave management. The Supervisor performs other duties as assigned to support the department's efficient operation and may assume responsibilities related to public health emergencies.
