We are seeking a Supervisor, WI Sleep Clinic to: Lead and develop an effective staff: provide effective communication, guidance, resources and work collaboratively with leadership. Schedule and supervise sleep studies, ensure adherence to protocols and AASM quality standards, coordinate staff schedules, facilitate training and onboarding, and provide technical guidance. Identify and solve operational problems, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and improve overall operation of the sleep lab. Provide patient care, as needed, and/or act as a clinical resource and mentor to staff.
