About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor will directly supervise warehouse associates in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and its functions in the plant. The warehouse supervisor will ensure all shipping, receiving, and storage of product is done timely and safely.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 or more years of warehouse experience
• Good time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of scan guns

Responsibilities

• Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy
• Run inventory reports to help identify rotation issues
• Run slot reports to monitor flow
• Run monthly inventory
• Assist in scheduling inbound deliveries
• Direct warehouse leads and associates on expectations, coaching, and discipline
• Monitor labor and move as needed
• Oversee freezer to ensure all stock orders are filled
• Oversee finished goods
• Invoicing
• Assist in scanning JIT orders daily
• Follows all safety policies and enforces them
• Follows and enforces company policies
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
