About The Position

We are accepting resumes for a Team Lead Trainee, to oversee production in our veneer mill in Rutherglen, Ontario (35 km east of North Bay). This position includes supervising a team and overseeing daily production within a team-oriented environment. The intent of this role is to build the bench strength of our management team. Once trained, the successful candidate will be expected to function as a Team Lead in all areas of production, as necessary.
