About The Position

This role involves assisting in the supervision of production team members within a distribution center. The trainee will be responsible for monitoring and assigning duties, aiding in training and cross-training, managing inventory and supplies, conducting safety inspections, and filling in for team members as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse/distribution-center operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising production team members.

• Record and order inventory and supplies.
• Perform safety inspections ensuring safety of all team members.
• Fill-in on rotation or when shorthanded.
