The Enterprise Mobility Supervisor Trainee Internship is your fast track to building real-world business acumen, leadership skills, and a career that goes far beyond the classroom! From day one, you’ll be a paid intern immersed in the dynamic world of our reservations division—learning the ins and outs of a top-tier contact center operation. You won’t just shadow professionals—you’ll be one. You’ll tackle the same challenges as our full-time team members, gaining hands-on experience in coaching, leading, and developing others in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This 12-week summer internship is targeting current rising Seniors at Colleges/Universities. The end goal of this internship program is to start in a position with Enterprise Mobility as a Supervisor Trainee in May 2028 (offer extended based on performance).

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028
Must live in St. Louis or the immediate surrounding area for the duration of the internship
Must be willing to work out of our Weldon Spring, Lakeside and Corporte offices
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Responsibilities

Develop the skills you need to supervise a team, take care of customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
Complete tasks and projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
Learn the ins and outs of a top-tier contact center operation.
Gain hands-on experience in coaching, leading, and developing others in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
