About The Position

The Global Technology Solutions & Services (GTSS) team is seeking a highly motivated Technology Support Supervisor to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you will lead and oversee daily technology operations across the MHQ labs and multiple production restaurant locations, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of technology services. The Technology Support Supervisor is responsible for leading critical capabilities that enable successful delivery, validation, deployment, and ongoing support of lab and restaurant technology solutions. This role partners closely with cross-functional business and technology teams, including Engineering, Product, Operations, Quality Assurance, Support, and external vendors to ensure technology initiatives are delivered with a strong focus on quality, operational readiness, reliability, and the restaurant experience.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in technology operations, engineering, quality assurance, technical support, or related technology disciplines.
Strong understanding of software and technology delivery lifecycles, including development, testing, release, deployment, and production support.
Knowledge of Quick Service Restaurant technologies (POS, Kiosk, Printers, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, particularly involving complex production or operational issues.
Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, service providers, deliverables, and performance expectations.
Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, operational teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior technology leaders.
Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across teams where direct organizational authority may not exist.

Nice To Haves

Prior McDonald's or related Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience
Experience leading technical teams and/or managing outsourced or contractor-based technology services.
Experience managing competing priorities across multiple technical workstreams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to support strategic initiatives, deployments, upgrades, and technology transformation projects.
Lead the successful implementation of global technology initiatives, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, quality standards, and business requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, product, vendors, and other support organizations to drive incident resolution.
Establish expectations for test planning, test execution, defect management, regression testing, and release validation.
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, automation, and reporting.
Ensure lab environments appropriately represent restaurant technology configurations required for development, testing, troubleshooting, certification, and demonstrations.
Establish processes for lab equipment configuration, maintenance, inventory, access, scheduling, and environment readiness.
Develop plans for evolving lab capabilities as restaurant technology platforms and testing requirements change.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus across geographically or organizationally distributed teams.
