About The Position

The Supervisor, TA Operations is responsible for leading Talent Acquisition operations and driving the effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of recruiting processes across the organization. This role directly supervises the Recruiting Coordinator team and serves as the operational leader for recruiting workflows, Workday Recruiting administration, reporting, compliance, candidate experience, interview coordination, and onboarding readiness. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders, the Supervisor, TA Operations ensures the Talent Acquisition function operates efficiently and delivers a high-quality experience for candidates and internal partners. This position leverages data, technology, and process improvement methodologies to enhance recruiting performance, optimize operational workflows, and support organizational hiring objectives. In addition, the role will provide full cycle recruiting support for select corporate positions as business needs require.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Coordination leadership, or full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience supporting corporate recruiting initiatives across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, including requisition management, candidate workflows, reporting, and offer administration.
• Experience leading processes, projects, programs, or teams within a fast-paced recruiting or HR environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management capabilities.
• High attention to detail with a focus on process effectiveness, compliance, and operational excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience leading a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiting Operations, or Talent Acquisition support team.
• Experience supporting recruiting operations within a multi-location or national organization.
• Experience developing recruiting dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting.
• Experience implementing process improvements, workflow enhancements, or recruiting technology solutions.
• Experience recruiting professional, management, and leadership-level corporate positions.
• SHRM, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar Talent Acquisition certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Recruiting Coordinator team, ensuring high-quality execution of recruiting support activities, candidate experience initiatives, and operational service standards.
• Serve as the operational leader for the Talent Acquisition function, driving consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across recruiting processes, workflows, and service delivery.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting, ensuring effective system utilization, data integrity, reporting accuracy, process compliance, and adoption of best practices.
• Develop and analyze recruiting metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition and HR leadership.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to support workforce planning, recruiting strategies, process optimization, and hiring outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement initiatives, recruiting technology enhancements, compliance monitoring, and establishment of scalable recruiting practices.
• Oversee critical components of the candidate lifecycle, including interview coordination, candidate communications, offer readiness, onboarding transition activities, and overall candidate experience.
• Support recruitment efforts for corporate, management, and leadership-level roles as needed while ensuring recruiting resources and processes are aligned to business priorities.
