As the Specialty Generics Operations Team Supervisor, you will leverage strong organizational and interpersonal skills to lead and manage a team focused on Specialty Generics optimization. This role includes oversight of Pharmacy Service Representatives (PSRs), Benefits Verification (BV) representatives, Work-in-Progress (WIP) representatives, and technicians to ensure efficient and compliant operations. The supervisor will be responsible for staff training and development, problem-solving and follow-up, performance monitoring and evaluation (including corrective action when necessary), and data collection and report preparation to support operational goals.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated mastery of Benefits Verification (BV) functions
  • Ability to effectively train and mentor others
  • Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both internal and external partners
  • Working knowledge across multiple functional areas, including PSR workflows, conversion activities, and Tech and Pharmacist (RPh) support functions
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Pharmacy Technician license or certification required, based on assigned duties and applicable state pharmacy regulations
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
