About The Position

The Supervisor Sleep Medicine oversees the daily operations of the sleep center, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflow. This role provides clinical and administrative leadership to sleep technologists and staff, supporting a safe, patient-centered environment and adherence to accreditation standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep medicine or polysomnography.
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must hold or obtain Ohio sleep technologist licensure prior to start date, in accordance with state law and organizational policy.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a sleep lab or related clinical setting.
