Renesas is seeking a Supervisor, Semiconductor Manufacturing to lead operations within our Palm Bay Fab 59 manufacturing facility. Minimum of 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or applicable manufacturing experience.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors' degree
Semiconductor manufacturing experience is highly preferred but not required.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of production and maintenance employees in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Drive daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, yield, and operational efficiency.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and support career growth.
Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and management teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Support workforce planning, employee performance management, staffing decisions, and training initiatives.
Manage shift operations and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
Assist with budget administration and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing organization.
