Requirements

3+ years of SAP experience required
Ability to direct others to complete tasks efficiently and safely
Work well with team members or independently; give and receive feedback in a constructive manner
Ability to work with exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dust fumes and mists, uneven surfaces, loud noise, elevated work areas, and confined spaces
Strong communication skills required. Must read, speak and understand English language in verbal and written communication

Nice To Haves

3+ years of scale house experience preferred
Previous supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise Scale House and Front Gate personnel
Drive consistency in ticket quality, documentation, and data accuracy to enable effective reporting, trend analysis, and decision-making
Keep scale certifications compliant with state and federal regulations
Assist with coordinating general plant activities as needed
Actively participate and assist in leading team with CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture (Take 2, Observation Cards and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
Support and conduct appropriate employee training and safety meetings as needed
Responsible for daily housekeeping duties including but not limited to immediate work area
All other duties as assigned
