Lakeside Foods is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Supervisor for our Weston facility—a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Familiar with FDA/USDA regulations and requirements
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with audit requirements, MSDS documentation, and food safety programs
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret policies and enforce standards consistently

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology or related field, preferred
1 – 3 years of experience in sanitation, food safety and/or training preferred

Responsibilities

Overseeing sanitation staff, ensuring proper cleaning techniques, chemical concentrations and compliance with safety protocols.
Supporting environmental monitoring and food safety initiatives, including ATP/TPC verification and microbiological issue mitigation.
Making informed decisions regarding sanitation and food safety, while maintaining documentation and readiness during the production season.
