About The Position

Responsible for the clinical and operational skills of the Cardiovascular Diagnostic Imaging Center Edmonds Campus and Cardiac Support Services. Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining systems that support operations and patient care while complying with Swedish Medical Centers overall policies including assisting with the implementation of clinical information systems, human resource policies, direct personnel management, establishing and enforcing standards of patient care in support of cost effective, high quality diagnostic non-invasive patient care. Provides direct patient care when needed and appropriate to license or credential. This position requires strong triage and leadership skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
  • National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association
  • Lead, Charge RN, or supervisory experience
  • Strong triage and leadership skills
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing work demands and environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound with a specialty in adult echocardiography
  • Non-invasive diagnostic cardiac testing (stress testing) experience
  • Critical care, emergency, or telemetry experience
