This individual will be responsible for the day to day operations of the revenue cycle. Has direct responsibility for overseeing workflows and processes as well as continuously looking for improvements in the revenue cycle. This position will require the ability to manage difficult and complex issues along with providing action plans to resolve obstacles that maybe impactful to the revenue cycle. In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, training and development and retention of staff. Supports the Principal, Revenue Cycle Operations and responds positively to special projects and responsibilities, including performance objectives. Responsible to make sure that the monthly month end process is finalized. Oversees staff and ensures that work strategies are set for each area of the revenue cycle. Responsible for training, onboarding, and mentoring of staff. Perform other duties as assigned.
