Primary Purpose: Provide guidance and leadership to an assigned region to ensure the execution of Shelf Merchandising strategies in alignment with annual Category Review Cycles and total store resets. Provide team leadership to Reset Teams and coordinate projects to effectively execute center store on-shelf merchandising plans. Coordinate and collaborate with Retail Operations, Construction Services, Purchasing, and all functions associated with Center Store Merchandising for new stores, remodels and Banner requested projects. Deliver quality store resets, maintain "best in class" completion rates of assigned projects, and provide retail support through direct supervision and talent development of assigned team. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
