The Elmore Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join their Food and Beverage department. This role is responsible for supervising and directing the prompt, efficient, and friendly service of all food and beverage operations. The supervisor ensures that all opening, closing, and running side work is completed daily according to the standard checklist. They act as a liaison between kitchen and front-of-house employees, assist in training and developing team members, and ensure staff are knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and service standards. The supervisor also maintains a clean and safe work environment, resolves operational and guest issues, and communicates employee performance updates to management. Accurate documentation of incidents in the Avero log is also required.
