About The Position

The Elmore Hotel, located in the heart of Southlake, Texas, is seeking an experienced Sales & Events Manager. This role is responsible for coordinating corporate meetings, social events, and group experiences from start to finish. The ideal candidate will design detailed event plans, lead pre-convention meetings, manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), room blocks, timelines, and vendor coordination. This position requires presence during events to ensure smooth execution and elevate the guest experience. Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in hotel conference services, event management, or catering sales.
  • Excel at organization, communication, and managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Understand banquet operations and the flow of meetings and catered functions.
  • Skilled at revenue optimization through thoughtful upselling and client consultation.
  • Bring professionalism, creativity, and a calm presence under pressure.
