About The Position

This supervisor position will supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Rehabilitation department at the Center of Aging. These activities include patient access and scheduling, staffing, and financial oversight in conjunction with the director.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Three years as a practicing physical, occupational or speech therapist.
• Demonstrates ability to supervise.
• Experience in dealing with personnel problems and human resources relations.
• Knowledge of all areas of rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated proficiency and competency as a practicing clinician.
• Current license to practice physical, occupational or speech therapy in the state of California.
• Adult and pediatric BLS/CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Rehabilitation department.
• Manage patient access and scheduling.
• Oversee staffing.
• Provide financial oversight in conjunction with the director.
• Manage a staff of PT’s, OT’s, PTA’s, COTA’s, SLP’s, aides and schedule coordinators.
