You'll be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while developing high-performing teams and championing continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience may be considered
5+ years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience
Proven ability to motivate teams and improve operational performance
Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
A positive, results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop production employees
Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance
Manage production schedules, staffing, and workflow priorities
Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with Quality, Engineering, Production Control, and HR to meet customer expectations
Monitor key operational metrics and drive measurable results
