Drive results. Make an impact. We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while developing high-performing teams and championing continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience may be considered
  • 5+ years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and improve operational performance
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • A positive, results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop production employees
  • Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance
  • Manage production schedules, staffing, and workflow priorities
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, Production Control, and HR to meet customer expectations
  • Monitor key operational metrics and drive measurable results
