About The Position
Based in Bend, OR, this Production Supervisor role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated night shift operations team and drive excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This is a night shift role (6 PM to 6 AM). Remote or hybrid working is not available for this position.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience; college degree preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a GMP or solid dosage environment.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and documentation skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures effectively.
- Proficiency with computers and documentation systems.
- Willingness to work night shifts on a rotating schedule.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, compliant, and timely execution of daily production activities.
- Delegate tasks based on team members’ expertise to meet goals and reduce errors.
- Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues.
