About The Position

The Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of Clinical Exercise Physiologists (CEP), Cardiac Monitor and Interpreting Technicians and Assistant Supervisors. The supervisor provides effective day-to-day oversight and management of the Integrated Stress Center and Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. This individual will coordinate the activities of the staff in daily clinical, education, and research efforts in a team-oriented environment. The supervisor must willingly and enthusiastically evaluate changes to optimize and progress the practices and the care of its patients. This individual must be able to work effectively with convergence efforts across the Enterprise. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship and we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position. Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with 4 years health related/clinical experience; or a high school diploma + 8 years health related/clinical experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • CRAT or CEP certification within 1 year of hire.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
