Job Summary The Supervisor, Premium Accounting provides daily operational oversight, coordinates workflows, and delivers hands-on support for all premium accounting workflows, including premium collections, deductible reimbursements, retrospective rating adjustments, receipt processing, disbursements, commission payments, reporting, and audit support. The Supervisor partners with the AVP, Agency Accounting to ensure the day-to-day work is completed, helps ensure service levels and deadlines are met, and maintains sufficient knowledge of key workflows to provide backup coverage during Manager or employee absences, peak workload periods, and/or other planned/unplanned events.
