Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and manufacturing experience in dairy manufacturing preferred.
Three to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

Supervisory oversight of the facility with regard to the receiving of dairy products, processing of fluid products, condensing and drying operations and butter operations.
Oversight of Warehouse operations.
Handle regulatory, quality, personnel, sanitation, safety and production adjustment decisions.
Lead and supervise production team members.
Initiate/support/participate in continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on effectiveness and efficiencies.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
Provide guidance to trainees and coworkers.
Perform all duties with safety and quality in mind as priorities.
