About The Position

Implements, coordinates and supervises services in the Department of Pharmacy. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: Pharmacy Services, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital Primary Work Shift: Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 32 Compensation Range: $57.98 - $86.97 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Pharmacy or a Pharm. D. from an accredited college or university
• Three Years pharmacy experience
• Pharmacist - NYSOP - New York State Office of Professions

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Pharmacy Degree or completion of a pharmacy residency
