About The Position

Implements, coordinates and supervises services in the Department of Pharmacy. This role is part of Pharmacy Services at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital and operates on a Day shift with regular scheduled weekly hours of 32. The compensation range is $57.98 - $86.97 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Pharmacy or a Pharm. D. from an accredited college or university
• Three Years pharmacy experience
• Pharmacist - NYSOP - New York State Office of Professions

• Advanced Pharmacy Degree or completion of a pharmacy residency
