About The Position
Supervisor Pharmacy Technician for Providence Home Services Specialty Pharmacy in Tigard, OR. This is a Full-Time position on the Day Shift. The role assists the Pharmacy Manager in coordinating daily operational, organizational, training, and educational activities of the Pharmacy Technician staff to ensure a well-trained, smoothly operating department. This position will coordinate the daily activities and act as the immediate supervisor for all support personnel, including Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Technician Interns/students, and any volunteer personnel. The role will develop and set standards to meet the educational requirements for the technical support staff. This position will act as a liaison between the Pharmacy Technicians and other Pharmacy management and will have decision-making authority in certain situations in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager. Requirements
- Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician upon hire
- Oregon Pharmacy Technician License upon hire
- 2 years Pharmacy experience
Nice To Haves
- 1 year Specialty Pharmacy experience
- Lead technician and/or supervisory responsibility
Responsibilities
