Requirements

Associate's Degree
Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
3-4 years experience in a related field

Responsibilities

Overseeing the daily operations of the Logistics Management Department.
Scheduling, training, and developing staff.
Conducting performance appraisals.
Understanding the changing needs of the customer and effectively deploying staff to meet these needs in a cost-effective manner.
Proactively interacting with all customers to ensure we are meeting their expectations and fulfilling their departmental needs.
Monitoring the daily activity of the transport techs to ensure the staff is performing job specific duties in an efficient and timely manner, and upholding the Service Excellence Standard set by this organization.
Monitoring the daily activity of the supply techs to ensure products and supplies are stocked and inventoried properly, satisfying the customer's request in a timely manner.
Handling staffing issues, when short, by adjusting the current staff or personnel, covering open positions.
Conduct department huddles.
Regularly Round on Team Members.
Lead monthly team meetings using meeting agenda template; review stoplight report; cascade key leadership messages.
Model, coach and validate team members’ use of TriHealth Way behaviors (AIDET + Promise, Always Behaviors and Always HEARD).
