Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience Required
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s from a recognized college or university Preferred
- 5 years of related Revenue Cycle healthcare experience, preferably within PAS Preferred
- 2 years of supervisory experience Preferred
- Previous Epic experience Preferred
- Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association Preferred or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership and supervising the employees and daily operations of facility-based Patient Access Services.
- Functional areas that report to this position could include IP/OP and ED registration, Financial Counseling, as well as others as assigned.
- The supervisor may service one or more hospital facilities.
