Requirements
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must have minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid drivers license
Nice To Haves
- grounds maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of pressure washing application and small engine use preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop an assistant business unit supervisor and the grounds maintenance team.
- Primary focus is to maximize park presentation through efficiency and effectiveness of work while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Execute common tasks for grounds maintenance including: general cleaning, pressure washing, hosing down, sweeping, blow-pack blowing, and miscellaneous grounds maintenance.
- Ensure proper training and compliance with department scheduling, time-keeping, small engine use, PPE, and cleaning chemicals.
- Enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times.
- Responsible for team member compliance and development.
- Coordinate park cleaning schedule with other departments to satisfy work requests and minimize disruption of operation.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
