About The Position

This role provides leadership and direction to supervisors and staff while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement. The position oversees and supports employees in day-to-day operations, maintains scheduling for the evening shift to ensure coverage, and develops supervisors and staff on expectations and ensures follow-through. Administrative duties and reporting are also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School diploma with one to three years of supervisory and substance abuse treatment experience.
• At least 3 years managing and developing a team
• Proven leadership skills a must
• Organizational skills a must
• Ability to make decisions for daily operations rapidly and successfully
• Taking responsibility for the evening shift of the organization

Nice To Haves

• CASAC credential a plus
