Requirements
- Warehouse production experience.
- Familiarity with Eclipse.
- Detail oriented with good organizational, writing, and documentation skills.
- Strong management, communication, motivational, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated PC Skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Able to work flexible and extended workdays based on business needs.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
Responsibilities
- Supervises Fulfillment associates (picking, packing, loader) and Includes maintaining SOP compliance, training and development of team members including leads.
- Monitors product and supplies to ensure adequate levels are maintained for order volumes. Partners with Inventory Specialist and receiving team on location issues.
- Monitors general processing operations for quality picking, packing and shipment of all orders.
- Completes special projects as assigned by management.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.
