Current opportunities include an Experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor and a Part-Time Evening Cleaner. Many of our employees start in one position and grow into another. Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Strong communication skills (in person, phone, text, and email)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Passion for quality work and customer service
- No experience required for Cleaner role - full training provided
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience in retail, restaurants, warehouses, janitorial services, or other service-driven industries (for Supervisor role)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintain high cleaning standards across multiple locations
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 15-20 cleaners
- Conduct inspections and provide hands-on support when needed
- Nurture strong relationships with clients and employees
