About The Position

Hosts begin each experience for every Guest entering the restaurant by providing a warm welcome and hospitality. The role helps create a safe and welcoming environment while supporting Guests and fellow Team Members. Chili's describes its culture as rooted in service, hospitality, and giving back, with a focus on delivering the best experience to every Guest, every day.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
