About The Position

We are looking for experienced and driven Operations Supervisors to support a large-scale, 24/7 warehouse operation during an exciting start-up phase. This role will lead operations teams across multiple shifts, drive performance, and help create a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Requirements

Operations leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
Experience leading large teams in high-volume operations
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Experience supporting multi-shift or 24/7 operations preferred
Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Ability to build strong partnerships across departments
Experience with warehouse systems, metrics, and operational reporting
HS Diploma/GED required
Experience supervising in an Automotive, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Logistics facility.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience and or training regarding the Occupational Health & Safety, 5S, Lean Methodologies preferred.
Quality systems knowledge - to a reasonable level be able to monitor staff performance and costs within the department (including, but not limited to: time-keeping, quality, productivity, etc.)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
Start-up, transition, or greenfield launch experience strongly preferred
Experience managing salaried leaders and hourly workforces
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple shifts in a 24/7 environment
Manage and develop team leads, and frontline employees
Drive performance in safety, productivity, quality, and customer service
Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and operational execution
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Partner closely with HR, Safety, Quality, Inventory Control, and Customer teams
Coach and develop leaders to build a high-performing operational culture
Support site start-up activities, process implementation, and operational stabilization
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee engagement
Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance of team members; ensure their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials.
Monitor and measure team member performance for accuracy and document on daily production metrics.
Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents.
Ensure compliance of employees to processes, work instructions, standard work and work elements.
Liaise with materials department to ensure on time receipt and shipment of material.
