About The Position

Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Operations function. This role coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations or business support staff, administers and executes policies and procedures, and ensures employees operate within guidelines. Decisions made in this role have a direct impact on work unit operations and customers. The position frequently interacts with subordinates, customers, and peer groups at various management levels, with interactions normally involving information exchange and basic problem resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-2 years related experience, preferred
Strong communication skills
Leadership skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Direct and motivate employees to ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, EPA and other regulations.
Maintain annual financial responsibility for various departments.
Supervise areas of Manufacturing, Raw Materials Whse. & learn/support as back up to BNS operation.
Maintain Productivity Analysis for all areas of responsibility.
Provides training and continual coaching on process improvements for all areas.
Special Projects and other task as assigned.
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Responsible for abiding by all company and regulatory environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Support various employee activities throughout the year.
