About The Position

Radiant Health is seeking a Supervisor of Youth & Family Services to lead our community-based services for youth and family clients. As the Supervisor of Youth & Family Services, you will provide program oversight, staff leadership, case management support, quality improvement initiatives, and community collaboration to ensure the delivery of exceptional client-centered care. Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a qualified human services field, including psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, or related field
  • Possess a minimum of two years’ experience working with people with behavioral health problems including a demonstrated knowledge of treatment within youth and family based services
  • Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, plus personal automobile liability insurance as required by the state of Indiana.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree from an accredited school of social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation or activities therapy, preferred.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective oversight, direction, and supervision to assigned staff and programs.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to staff client cases and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, evaluate, and support team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, clinically sound, and high-performing team environment.
  • Lead regular team meetings and communicate agency updates and expectations.
  • Ensure programs are appropriately staffed and services are delivered effectively.
  • Monitor program performance and service quality through chart audits, peer reviews, staff observations, and quality improvement activities.
  • Promote the use of evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care.
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies, accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations.
  • Support comprehensive, clinically appropriate assessments for all individuals served.
  • Coordinate with local school districts to manage referrals and facilitate access to services.
  • Collaborate with community partners, including child welfare agencies and probation services, to support positive outcomes for youth and families.
  • Participate in required meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
