As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Supervisor of Scheduling and Referral Management to lead our front-line operations. You will oversee all aspects of ambulatory, surgical, and procedural scheduling across our growing network, ensuring that every patient transition is seamless, professional, and compassionate.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or at least 5 years of specialized experience in healthcare scheduling and referrals.
A proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced medical environment.
Strong knowledge of EMR systems and referral workflows.
A commitment to professional demeanor, critical thinking, and a patient-first mentality in every interaction.

Nice To Haves

A Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily scheduling and referral operations across multiple service areas, acting as a subject matter expert for our integrated care teams.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify and implement process improvements that enhance both patient access and revenue cycle performance.
Build strong partnerships with surgeons, clinical teams, and referring offices to optimize physician block time and patient care coordination.
Mentor and grow a high-performing staff through ongoing training, feedback, and professional development.
Manage the full lifecycle of inbound and outbound referrals, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up for every patient.
