The Supervisor of Regulatory Compliance (AD/CASS) is responsible for overseeing the company's Airworthiness Directive compliance program and ensuring compliance with all applicable FAA regulatory requirements for a Part 121 air carrier. This position supervises personnel responsible for monitoring, tracking, evaluating, and implementing Airworthiness Directives, regulatory requirements, and associated maintenance actions. The Supervisor provides leadership and direction for regulatory compliance initiatives, manages AD tracking within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and ensures effective coordination between Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance Programs, and other operational departments. The position is responsible for identifying regulatory compliance risks, evaluating program effectiveness, supporting the company's Internal Evaluation Program (IEP), conducting trend analysis, performing risk assessments and root cause investigations, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented and sustained. The Airworthiness Directive Compliance Supervisor supports Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) functions in accordance with 14 CFR 121.373, conducts audits and surveillance activities, and provides guidance to ensure compliance with company procedures and federal regulations.
