About The Position

Personify Health is seeking a Supervisor of Plan Building to lead a team responsible for translating complex benefit designs into accurately configured plans. This role is crucial for ensuring claims accuracy, client satisfaction, and operational performance. The Supervisor will manage the team's employee lifecycle, conduct quality assurance, monitor workflow, serve as a subject matter expert, drive process improvements, and maintain policies and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
5+ years of plan building experience required
Strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding and claims processing logic
Working knowledge of ACA, Mental Health Parity, and applicable federal regulations governing plan design
Ability to read, interpret, and draft benefit plan documents, correspondence, and configuration instructions
Proficiency in creating and maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures
Analytical capability to diagnose and resolve plan configuration issues involving multiple variables

Nice To Haves

Post-secondary degree preferred
Experience with employee benefits administration, including self-funded health plans, preferred
Prior people management or supervisory experience preferred
Experience with QicLink, HEALTHpac, and/or GIAS preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Plan Building Coordinators and Specialists, owning the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, recognition, and retention.
Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure benefit configurations are accurate, compliant, and aligned with client intent before they go live.
Monitor and prioritize workflow across the team to keep claim configurations moving on time and within service standards.
Serve as the subject matter expert on plan-building processes, troubleshooting complex configuration issues, answering escalated questions, and providing guidance.
Lead or support efforts to improve plan building quality, efficiency, and consistency by identifying gaps, standardizing procedures, and implementing solutions.
Support the development and documentation of Plan Building standards that keep the team aligned and audit-ready.
