Supervisor of Plan Building

Personify HealthTempe, AZ
$57,000 - $75,000Remote

About The Position

Ready to lead the team that turns complex benefit designs into flawlessly configured plans? Every benefit plan Personify Health administers starts with someone building it right — and that work lives here. The Plan Building team is responsible for translating client benefit designs into accurate, compliant configurations for new groups, renewals, and mid-year changes, and the quality of that work flows directly into claims accuracy, client satisfaction, and operational performance. As Supervisor, you're the person who keeps that engine running — developing your team, catching issues before they become problems, and driving the process improvements that make the whole operation more efficient. When plan builds are accurate and on time, everything downstream works the way it should.

  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Analytical capability to diagnose and resolve plan configuration issues involving multiple variables
