Provide support to the Manager of Patient Services, as well as workflow/productivity evaluation and supervision of team members. Responsible for directly supervising a team of exempt and/or non-exempt employees. Tasks will include: Setting targets & expectations, timecards review, performance evaluations & coaching (Maximum of 10 FTE’s).
