About The Position

Encompass Medical Group is a primary care provider group dedicated to the highest standards of healthcare excellence across its five offices in the Kansas City metro area. They are currently recruiting for a Supervisor of Clinic Services at their Hickman Mills office in Grandview, MO. This is a full-time position responsible for administrative support and management assistance to the Office Manager, as well as organizational support for clinic staff members.

Requirements

  • RN/LPN license required
  • Previous management experience in the medical field preferred
  • Previous experience working in a clinical environment preferred
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with administrative personnel, peers, and patients
  • Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Maintains confidentiality of all medical and administrative information.
  • Assists the Office Manager with collecting and compiling information for monthly reports.
  • Attends meetings as needed.
  • Assists with compiling and recording payroll information, including updating employee time accruals in the absence of the Office Manager.
  • Begins initial investigation into patient complaints in the absence of the Office Manager and reports directly to the Office Manager.
  • Responsible for medical equipment supply ordering and periodic maintenance in the office.
  • Acts as a resource person for all office employees.
  • Provides information and assistance to patients as needed.
  • Disseminates appropriate information throughout the center as directed by the Office Manager.
  • Conducts medical in-services and remedial training as needed.
  • Attends to clinic emergencies and assists with transport as needed.
  • Provides feedback to the Office Manager on the quality of clinical staff performance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
