Requirements

Bachelor's degree in healthcare
3-4 years' experience Healthcare Field

Responsibilities

Manage the day to day operations of the Absence and Leave Case Management department and provides managerial oversight.
Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and supervision of the case management team including but not limited to: Performance reviews, hiring, terminations, and all decisions with matter of importance as they pertain to staffing of the department.
Development and oversight of ergonomics program.
Provides input to and assists in the development of budget preparation, financial analysis, development of action plans for programs to remain fiscally sound and provide growth and contribution to organization.
Collaborate with Employee Health and HR Service Center and Leave Team Leaders as needed to ensure team members and managers receive excellent service and that is reflected in satisfaction surveys.
Ensures compliance with all Ohio BWC regulations and completes all renewal applications and annual reports of paid compensation.
Track injury trends and costs and provide meaningful information/reports to Occupational/Environmental/Safety and Risk departments.
Play an active role in the implementation of Safety Initiatives.
Track WC and LOA cases and review processes and procedures for areas of improvement.
Update processes and procedures as needed, based on review or as required.
Maintain Training and compliance with HIPAA privacy requirements regarding the transfer of personal health information in any form as it pertains.
