As a member of the Marketing team, the Supervisor Marketing Technology Implementation is responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of the Marketing Department’s core technology platforms, including tools for workflow management, digital asset management, and sales enablement. This role ensures that the Marketing team has the tools and workflows needed to operate efficiently and effectively, and serves as the primary point of contact for platform-related issues, features, and vendor relationships. This role also supports sales enablement by ensuring that sales teams have access to current, relevant, and effective content and resources through the department's sales enablement platform. Responsibilities also include the development of self-guided training modules and ongoing maintenance of the training content library, ensuring that materials remain accurate, organized, and aligned with the needs of the Sales organization. The Supervisor leads a team of specialists with technical expertise, making data-driven and timely decisions that keep the team moving forward. Success in this role requires the ability to develop team members through delegation and coaching, drive accountability through clear expectations and consistent follow-through, and maintain a forward-looking perspective on how technology and training can drive results.
