Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the activities and performance of direct reports to ensure the achievement of objectives and performance goals.
Maintain compliance with company policies, operating procedures, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
Develop employees through orientation, training, and establishment of objectives, communication of rules and policies, while building employee morale and motivation.
Takes necessary actions to eliminate delays so as to ensure adherence to production and shipping schedules.
Monitor associate performance and administer progressive discipline as needed.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Ensure that quality systems are adhered by maintaining ISO standards.
Completes other duties as assigned.
