About The Position
This position will provide direct leadership on the assigned shift in the manufacture of commercial product. Manage multi-disciplined teams in a pharmaceutical production area to ensure all manufacturing systems, production processes, equipment and final pharmaceutical product meets or exceeds Alkermes manufacturing standards, regulatory requirements and business objectives. This is a 2nd shift position. The hours for the position are 2:00pm to 12:30am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Requirements
- Direct leadership experience
- Experience managing multi-disciplined teams
- Experience in a pharmaceutical production area
- Understanding of manufacturing systems, production processes, and equipment
- Knowledge of Alkermes manufacturing standards
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
