Role Purpose:. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the on-shift maintenance operations and active performance management of the Maintenance Technicians and Lead. This role will work closely with the Sr. Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Leads, and Technicians to ensure meeting plant KPIs while leading and maintaining quality control and safety standards. This position will be a front-line leader in the maintenance department.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with TPM / Maintenance Excellence programs including Asset Management, Breakdown Analysis, FMEA, and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal soft skills
• Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter, well-organized, and able to multi-task
• Ability to learn and cultivate technical expertise

Responsibilities

• Ensure that there exists within the maintenance team an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
• Provide FLL leadership of the maintenance on-shift maintenance team.
• Implement and direct day to day task of our world class maintenance program to include predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance items.
• Build successful interaction between production, quality, and warehouse FLLs in equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Invest in and build capability of team members.
• Provide guidance on best practices.
