Oversees line maintenance operations and supervises line maintenance personnel. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest possible standards of quality and safety in aircraft maintenance. They will also be responsible for determining work priorities, supervising maintenance performed by Frontier and contract personnel, and ensuring timely and accurate aircraft status information. The position involves evaluating maintenance performance, assisting in policy and budget formulation, and ensuring all tools and equipment meet safety standards. Additionally, the Supervisor will conduct investigations, perform administrative functions, identify operational improvements, and ensure adherence to security regulations. A key aspect of the role is auditing and monitoring aircraft records for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring personnel are properly trained and qualified.
