SUPERVISOR LAB OPERATIONS MOORLAND RESERVE HLTH CTR
About The Position
Supervises daily activities for all laboratory technical, clerical, and assistant staff at Moorland and Drexel Health Center laboratory locations. Other duties as assigned. The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin regional health network is a partnership between Froedtert Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin supporting a shared mission of patient care, innovation, medical research and education. Our health network operates eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma center engaged in thousands of clinical trials and studies. The Froedtert & MCW health network, which includes ten hospitals, nearly 2,000 physicians and more than 45 health centers and clinics draw patients from throughout the Midwest and the nation.
Requirements
- A minimum of four years in clinical laboratory is required.
- Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or a related field is required.
- Medical Technologist certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Board of Certification (BOC) or equivalent is required.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisor experience is preferred.
- Post graduate training in management or in one or more technical areas of the laboratory is preferred.
